On Saturday, 24th October 2020, the annual General Assembly of the Weinakademiker Club will take place in the Gemeindefestsaal der Weinakademie Österreich in Rust, to which we cordially invite you! This year we will try to stream and/or record the General Assembly live via Zoom. More information will be communicated later.
As in the previous years, we ask you to vote in advance via e-mail. Please vote in advance even if you are physically attending the General Assembly. We try avoiding collecting any ballot papers on site, so please take this additional precaution during Corona times.
This year is an election year, meaning that the current board of directors must be elected for another 2 years and/or new board members will be proposed by us. Here you can find the profiles of the whole board.
Furthermore, the financial report and the report of the auditors must be approved in order to discharge the treasurer together with the board of directors. The agenda for the General Assembly, the registration and all items to be voted on can be found on the voting slip.
Traditionally, the day before the General Assembly, the new Weinakademiker are inaugurated during the graduation ceremony (registration via Weinakademie) and admitted to the Club during the General Assembly. The agenda and the schedule of the General Assembly can be found here.
